Ecco una piccola descrizione delle opportunità che offre ogni appartamento.

The hospitality we offer in vacation houses (case vacanza, Ferienhäuser, casas de las vacaciones, maisons de vacances, casas das férias) is homely managed by a family with a Geographer and an Architect: there are neither partners nor intermediaries. We love Italy and our own primary interest is to propose a quality holiday to tourists by offering well-furnished apartments in some of the most beautiful places in Italy, while enjoying the opportunity to exchange cultures and customs with our guests.
Here is a little description of the opportunities offered by every vacation apartment.

Per quanto riguarda Roma città, ToyAttic e Augusto, due amabili superattici in quartiere residenziale, vista panoramica, serviti al meglio di Bus e Metro (una fermata da Trastevere), vicini al centro, non temono rivali in accoglienza. Appartamento Olimpico, di grande metratura, più tradizionale, quartiere residenziale, tra Parioli e Vigna Clara, molto ben servito dai Bus, a due passi dall'Auditorium di Renzo Piano, vicino al centro, ideale per famiglie numerose.

Mariella (50km Nord di Roma sulla costa turistica), grazioso piano giardino arredato a nuovo in posizione strategica, offre praticamente tutto, a 30 minuti reali dal centro storico di Roma (veloce ferrovia per il Vaticano e il Centro), situata a 600 metri dal mare. Spiagge con castelli Medioevali, in piena zona Etrusca di altissimo livello (Tuscia), in vicinanza di bellissimi laghi protetti del Lazio. Cheap Santa Marinella vacation rentals (50 km along the coast North of Rome - at the sea). Mariella is a newly furnished apartment placed on the ground floor and with a pretty garden. This apartment is located in a real strategic position: though it is in a small town and only 600 metres from the seaside and the beaches, you can easily reach Rome historic centre in only 30 minutes by taking the fast train (which also stops at the Vatican station). Here you are right inside the Etruscan area (Tuscia) and you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere thanks to a beautiful seashore with Medieval castles, excellent food and wines (see the brochure for information on high-level cuisine), not to mention the gorgeous surroundings with hills spotted with villages, lovely lakes...
 

Per quanto riguarda la Toscana: Appartamento Elda, tra il parco delle Alpi Apuane e il parco delle Cinque Terre, nella città del marmo (il marmo di Michelangelo), paese tra i più belli del mondo, vanta arte (Botero vive qui), architettura, enogastronomia di altissimo livello.
L'appartamento è centralissimo. Villa Raffaello, a 3.5 km da Elda, sul mare, villa su più piani con grande giardino, per chi vuole esagerare! Vedi brochure.
 

Tuscany (Toscana) - Marina di Pietrasanta (Versilia) - villa and apartment rentals for vacation. "Elda" apartment is located in a beautiful area between the regional park of Alpi Apuane and the Cinque Terre national park, near Carrara (from where Michelangelo took his supplies of the best white marble). This is one of the finest places rich in art (Botero lives here), architecture and of course great cuisine. The apartment is right in the town centre.

Per quanto riguarda le Marche: Vecchio casale nel parco della Riviera del Conero, proponiamo appartamenti rustici con cucinino, nuovissimo restauro conservativo, offre soggiorno in questa parte d'Italia meno conosciuta dai media ma non per questo meno interessante. A due passi dalle più belle spiagge dell'Adriatico, il promontorio del Conero non è secondo a nessuno, gelosamente non pubblicizzato dai locali merita un'attenzione particolare, dalla Geologia, alla macchia mediterranea, offre gastronomia tipica delle colline marchigiane di altissimo livello e prodotti rurali. Conero Riviera (Marche region) - family apartment rentals: in a traditional farm-house located in the Riviera del Conero regional park, we offer rural vacantion apartments - provided with a little kitchen - among the green of the hills but nevertheless very close to the best beaches along the Adriatic coast, 3 km from Portonovo. Our guests will have the opportunity to discover this part of Italy located away from the main routes, genuine and spectacular at once. This area receives very little promotion by the locals who preserve it jealously and deserves particular attention for the beauty, the nature (Mediterranean maquis), the geology and for the excellent typical cuisine and genuine local products.
