IDEAL
- in summer, you can have both the sea (the apartment is 700 mt far from the beach with a restaurant and beach umbrellas) and the possibility to visit Rome, 50 km far by motorway or 30 min by train 
- in winter to visit Rome at a very low price.

Car or motorbike vividly suggested, very useful and practical to reach Santa Marinella railway station 3km far and catch the fast train to Rome, or in summer to enjoy all the beaches nearby.
 
The apartment is also particularly suitable for those who love car driving or motorbike riding, because of the remarkable places of cultural and environmental interest in the surroundings (maremma laziale and lakes nearby)

The geographical position of the apartment is exactly between Rome and Estruscan archaeological sites of inestimable value (Necropoli of Cerveteri and Vulci, Tarquinia, Tuscania, in the heart of Tuscia); the presence of parks and natural monuments included Bolsena, Vico, Bracciano and wonderful Martignano lakes, makes this apartment a very interesting holiday place.

There are also two nice swimming pools just 3.5 km far from the apartment (see following photos).

Connections:
perfect for returning from Rome for dinner, because the bus stop is in front of the apartment (last depart urban bus 20:00 arriving in front of Mariella, or last depart extra urban 21:29 arriving 500mt from Mariella).
If you decide to return still later you must call taxi service (+390766538095) for the final 3km (from Santa Marinella station to Mariella apartment).
It takes a few minutes to go from the apartment to Marinella station by bus (max 10 minutes); it takes 30 minutes from Marinella station to Rome center. (S.Marinella stop is next to Cerveteri-Ladispoli on the fm5 line in the Metro map.)
