"We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Rome en in het appartement. De afhandeling van alle praktische zaken verliep vlot en correct. De eigenaar reageerde zeer snel op e-mails. Hij was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ondanks het feit dat hij in hetzelfde gebouw woont, geeft hij je alle vrijheid. Wij vonden het appartement ruim genoeg voor 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. En we hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van het terras. Er is oa een wasmachine, oven, magnetron, diepvries. Je kunt gebruik maken van de WIFI-verbinding van de eigenaar, als je je notebook meeneemt. De verbindingen met het openbaar vervoer zijn prima. Het appartement ligt een eindje uit het oude centrum van Rome, maar na een half uurtje met de trein/metro (of de bus) sta je in het hart van Rome. Het appartement ligt in een prettige rustige wijk, waar wij ons erg veilig voelden. Een kleine supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen, een grote supermarkt op een minuut of 10."

"Très bon accueil, appartement bien équipé, magasins à proximité et bien achalandés. Environnement agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Pour aller au centre de Rome, nous avons utilisé le train (il faut compter 30 minutes environ). Nos deux enfants (5 et 11 ans) ont parfaitement suivi le rythme. Une très bonne adresse !"

"L'appartement est nickel, l'air conditionné est un vrai plus pour les journées étouffantes de Rome. Le garage pour ceux qui viennent en voiture est pratique, il permet de laisser la voiture en sécurité et de pouvoir prendre les transports en commun facilement accessibles de l'appartement. Le bus 44 vous mène directement à la Piazza Venezia qui est en plein centre. A noter que le dernier bus est à "minuit". Conseil : munissez vous d'un bon plan de la ville (lisible !) où les lignes de bus et de métro sont bien indiquées. N'ayez pas peur de prendre un bus même pour 500 mètre. En fin de journée, vous ne le regretterez pas !!! Le propriétaire Flavio est très serviable et est disponible à tout moment car habite le même immeuble. Il ne sait pas s'exprimer en français mais parle très bien l'anglais. J'en profite pour le remercier pour l'acceuil qu'il nous a réservé."

"We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Flavio was very welcoming and picked us up from the train station. He gave us lots of tips regarding transport, shopping and visiting Rome. Transport to the city and airport was very easy. The pretty apartment was in a quiet area, and even better than the pictures on the site. We really appreciated the sunny terrace. "Très bonne location, propre , suffisamment équipée et spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Rès, très calme, situé dans une zone résidentielle au dernier étage, aucun bruit de circulation ou autre ne vient vous déranger. Bien que situé à 7 kms du centre de ROME, il est très bien desservi par les transports publics. A 150 m, arrêt de bus qui vous emmène à PIAZZIA VENEZIA en 1/2 heure (un peu plus le soir à cause du traffic). A 300m , gare "Villa Bonelli" où le train vous emmène à la gare de "San Pietro" située à 10 mn à pied de la basilique du Vatican. Bref, cette location permet de se rendre rapidement dans le centre avec toutes les combinaisons posibles entre le bus, train et métro. Notre véhicule est resté dans le garage sécurisé de l'immeuble, avantage non négligeable à ROME! Nombreux commerces à proximité notamment VIA MAGLIANA en contrebas de la gare: deux supermerchés (Lidl et GS) et autres dont une très bonne gelateria en face du GS. Ambiance romaine garantie loin des "sentiers battus touristiques"! Et enfin, FLAVIO , le proriétaire est très sympatique et disponible. "

He told us about good restaurants, bus and train information and he dropped us off after our stay at the railwaystation. A very nice apartment with a wonderful terrace in a silent environment. "The apartment was just like in the pictures, it's a shame that the weather was so chilly as we chose the apartment for the terrace. Luckly the apartment has a fireplace so we even got to use it! The apartment is great, and the landlord, Flavio was a wonderful , he helped us find our bearings, told us about great restaurants, bus and train information ect. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us off after our stay. The apartment was very clean, the amenities were plentiful and it was easily accessable by bus and train. The apartment is ideal for a family as the two rooms (bed and living room) can be used by a family easily. I would recommend this apartment for people who like to be independant on holiday and like adventure as the distance from the "sites" is for those who don't mind travelling a bit, it is one train stop from Trastevere and by bus it takes about 20 min. from Trastevere, not bad at all. Enjoy it!"

"Vi har ved flere lejligheder været i Rom, men det bedste ophold havde vi i sommeren 2008. Augosto er en dejlig, ren og behagelig lejlighed. Den sevice der bliver givet på stedet er uden sammenligning! Det var utroligt at opleve Flavio's venlighed. Vi har aldrig mødt en vært som var så engageret i at give os et behageligt ophold. Vi benyttede lejligheden til at stå af og på bussen der kørte os til Roms centrum. Dette gav os lejlighed til at se andre dele af Rom udover de almindelige seværdigheder. Så det faktum at lejligheden ligger ca. 40 min. fra centrum betyder ikke så meget - vi synes faktisk det var en fordel. Vi kan stærkt anbefale lejligheden men mest af alt Flavio. Når vi en dag skal tilbage til Rom er der ingen tvivl on hvor vi foretrækker at bo."
