"Alles was precies zoals we dat hadden verwacht. Tip top in orde. Het appartement ligt aan de rand van de stad, maar is heel makkelijk bereikbaar met trein en bus. Flavio die ons welkom heette, was uitermate vriendelijk, bezorgde ons een plannetje voor het openbaar vervoer en gaf ons ook zijn telefoonnummer voor mochten we in de problemen geraakt zijn (wat niet gebeurde). Kortom: we hebben vier heerlijke dagen gehad."

"Het appartement heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Rustig gelegen, in een veilige woonwijk. Een leuk terras. Ideaal om na een bezoek aan het drukke stadscentrum volledig tot rust te komen. Het ligt een eindje van het centrum van Rome af, zoals we op voorhand wisten, maar het openbaar vervoer is ginder werkelijk fantastisch, zodat we zonder problemen alles kunnen bezoeken hebben wat gepland was. Je kan in de krantenwinkels een kaartje kopen voor 3 dagen of voor een week --> dat hebben wij gedaan, kost 16 euro en je kan daar mee onbeperkt tram, trein, bus en metro gebruiken!! Zeer handig en goedkoop. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en spreekt voldoende engels. Hij geeft met plezier zijn telefoonnummer zodat hij kan gebeld of ge-smst worden ingeval er vragen of problemen zouden zijn. Hij is ons komen afhalen aan het station en heeft ons op het einde van de reis weer terug naar het station gebracht. Een hele sympathieke man!"

"Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans cet agréable appartement de la Villa Bonelli. En plus d'être confortable, silencieux et bien équipé, cet appartement est très bien situé et relié efficacement au centre de Rome. Le système de transport en commun est efficace et il est possible également de se déplacer après minuit en prenant les autobus nocturnes (dans ce cas, une petite marche s'impose!) Flavio le propriétaire de cet apartement est très gentil. Il nous a suggérer d'intéressants restaurants et nous a fait des conseils judicieux sur le transport en metro et en train. Ma soeur et moi-même avons grandement apprécié ce séjour et nous retournerons certainement à la même adresse lors de notre prochain passage à Rome."

"It was really nice to stay some days at last week during our honeymoon in Rome with my wife… We travelled by car and that was the reason why I reserved an accommodation with garage. I found a lot of this kind however on the strength of the pictures and the descriptions I preferred the Rogato family’s offer. I liked the design, the decorations and the terrace – there were plants all over the flat. When we arrived it was nice to see that everything was stayed like on the pictures of the internet. Our favorites were the roof terrace, the bed and the silent. Our house is stayed in a silent place too – that was the reason why it was lovely for us! The flat was very comfortable and the quality of the bed was excellent. Have a pleasant breakfast on the sunny terrace involves the risk of sitting too much and later you won’t have enought time in the city :-) Previously I was worried that the downtown and the Vatican City will be a little bit far but it was just half hours’ distance from the bus endstation or the railway station (which were only a few minutes’ walk from the flat). I’ ve not yet mentioned (but it is one of the most important things) that Flavio is a very kind gentleman and always ready to help and his English is quite good – I can warmly recommend Rogatos!"

"Cet appartement, tout d'une pièce, est tout simplement charmant, plein de couleur, et très fonctionnel. En fait, on s'y sent chez soi. La propreté est impeccable. La terrasse est aussi grande que l'appartement, et pour les petits déjeuners avant "d'affronter" la ville, c'est un vrai bonheur. Pour les transports c'est très simple. Il y le bus 44 (à 5 min) qui rejoint le centre de Rome par tastevere ou le train station Via Bonelli (à 10 min) que l'on rejoint après avoir traversé un magnifique parc. En taxi c'est entre 10 et 15 euros du centre de Rome la nuit. Le quartier est très résidentiel et assez chic et Flavio est adorable."

"My sister and I were very pleased with our experience with Flavio, the owner of the Toyattic apartment in Rome. It is very clean and decorated very tastefully, with every convenience that you would need. We especially loved sitting on the large terrace which overlooks the city. Even though it is not in the heart of the city, we found the Trastevere area to be fantastic. From the apartment it is convenient to 2 buses and trains to get to every part of the city, including the airport. Plus right down the street is a grocery store, butcher and vegetable market. There is a hair dresser, spa for massages and movie rental in the neighborhood. What more could you want? A big thanks to the Rogato family, especially to Flavio (who speaks English well) for all his help and generosity. He really made Rome a memorable place for us."

"Olemme viettäneet ToyAtticissa kaupunkilomaa useampaan otteeseen. Tämä loma-asunto Roomassa sijaitsee rauhallisella ja siistillä asuntoalueella Villa-Bonellin rautatieaseman lähellä. Historiallinen Rooma on muutaman pysäkin päässä, toisessa suunnassa on Fiumicinon lentokenttä. Aivan asunnon lähellä on supermarketti (=elintarvikeliike), kahvila, tupakkakauppa, vihannesmyymälä ja lihakauppa. Kävelymatkan päästä löytyy muita myymälöitä sekä useita ravintoloita. Aseman toisella puolella on asumalähiö, jossa on kaikki paikallisten tarvitsemat liikkeet. Parasta asunnossa on valtava kattoterassi, johon paistaa aurinko koko päivän. Asunto on muutenkin valoisa ja piristävän värikkäästi sisustettu. Varustelutaso on aivan riittävä tavanomaista kaupunkilomaa ajatellen. Yökukkujille ja diskohileille majapaikan pitää olla vilkkaamalla alueella. Me olemme olleet tähän vuokra-asuntoon hyvin tyytyväisiä."
