"Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, Ausstattung voll ok (nur ein Schneidebrett hat gefehlt). Die Anbindung an Rom mit dem Zug ist in Ordnung, das Touristenticket kostet jetzt aber 7.- €. Die Lage der Wohnung ist treffend beschrieben. Wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt, hört man den Zug vorüberfahren, ist aber nicht groß störend. Haben uns dort wohl gefühlt."

"The Mariella apartment/home was a fantastic spot for us. Flavio, the apartment owner, was extremely friendly and helpful, offering travel advice in and around Santa Marinella, as well as for Rome. He is a very pleasant person. Santa Mariella, was a great launching point. Quiet, private front and back yard, pleasantly decorated, and located near to the coast. And, we could see a slice of the ocean from the back patio, through the trees. We had everything we needed at Mariella, with plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, efficient bathroom with warm shower and washing machine, pleasant back patio for clothes drying, and full television service. Within 5 minutes drive from Mariella, we had access to super markets, restaurants, gelato, cafes, and wonderful beaches. We preferred the beaches in Santa Severa, roughly 10 minutes by car from Mariella, with a castle as the backdrop to a free public beach. Best to travel by car to Mariella, as it has easy parking and the places to go are a bit farther away than walking distance. Also the parking in Santa Marinella and Santa Severa is free and easy to find. The train ride from Santa Marinella to Rome does take almost an hour, but is pleasant and easy access. Flavio recommended against driving to, and especially in Rome, and we were glad we took his advice and took the train."

"This was our third or fourth visit to Italy. And this was the best one. The apartment is a perfect place to explore the nearby villages, lakes, beaches, mountains. And they were much better than Rome. Go vist Sutri, Saturnia, Orbetello, Pitigliano, Vulci and even Tivoli, all of them are incredible. As for the local beach, we used the one at Santa Severa it's much better and bigger than the one in Santa Marinella. Thank you Flavio!"

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (Flavio) und die Informationen vor unserer Anreise, sowie die Abwicklung vor Ort waren ausgezeichnet. Ebenso die Anbindung mit dem Zug bzw. eigene Anreise mit dem Auto nach Rom hat bestens geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden gerne wieder kommen und können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Es waren nur ca. 300 m zum nächsten gut sortierten Alimentari (die übrigens hervorragende Semmeln im Angebot haben)."

"It is a very good house as you can see from the pictures, well heated during winter by a modern gas plant. Going there with the car is the best thing. If you want to visit Rome you have to go to the train station located at Santa Marinella and in 35 minutes you will be in the hearth of Rome! I suggest you to take a look around, for example at the lake area and the Tolfa Mountains perfect for trekking and horse riding. The house was clean and in good conditions, the owner was gentle and kind, you will not find yourself in unwished situations! The very low price for a week makes this house perfect to visit Rome and the unknown places of the Lazio region during all the seasons of the year, for example during summer it is perfect if you would like to go to the beach (the house is very close to the beach). Sunbathe near a medieval castle is quite amazing. There are two castles and are located three Kilometers from the house. You have to hire this house only if you have a car or a motorbike."

"The flat is very clean, with everything to make it comfortable. It is situated in Santa Marinella with its beautiful beaches. We spend 2 weeks at the apartment. It is great for 3-4 people. Full equipment, very quiet, clean, furniture is new and practical, SAT-TV with hundreds of programs. A parking car for the car was also included. Great for a couple or a family and several days in Rome, very nice and smart. It will take you about 40 minutes to get by train to Vatican and about an hour to Rome railway station (Roma Termini). You can leave your car at the railway station in St. Marinella and take the train to Rom. (every ½ hour during the week). Flavio, the owner of the flat, is a very nice person. He will answer all you questions in advance and you can get him on the phone or per email every time. Good value for money!!! Thank you for everything"

"Netter Vermieter. Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider nur Fernsehen über Antenne . Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Dann gibt es auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wunderschöner Strand in S.Severa, auch sonst vielfältige kulturelle und landschaftliche Höhepunkte in guter Reichweite."

"The description of the apartment is equivalent to the reality. The apartment is in a calm place outside the Town. A car is definitely necessary. You can easily reach environment and Roma using the motorway or highway. The hirer of the apartment is a very very helpful and friendly person. At once he offered us help after we had a flat tire. He also provided us many informative literatures (booklets, maps of the environment). It helped us very much to get to know about the environment. The apartment is very nice (partially IKEA-style), clean, very well equipped with a sunny terrace. Since the by feet reachable beach wasn’t very nice, we drove to the beautiful, wide, in October nearly people less beach in Santa Severa (5 minutes by car). We felt comfortable in Santa Marinella, relaxed and saw many interesting things. We would come back again."
